Praying for Our Churches
The churches in the North Puget Sound have gone through ministry-defining changes in the past year. Several have gone through leadership changes, which have left ministers and members of the churches hurt and confused. Several of the churches in our area are older and are in an aged season of their ministry. Pray that God would give clarity toward a new vision of revitalization for their church and to be a light in their communities.
- The Ministers: Prayer for the faithful men of God and their families as they navigate through the trials and tests of their individual ministries that they may not grow weary in well doing.
- The Members: Faithful people of God are going through many confusing and disturbing times in relationship with the leadership of their churches. Pray that they lean into Jesus and become champions of the solutions within their ministries rather than people who run from the ministry in light of trials.
- Disciples: These are several individuals who are elders in training that are walking through moments in the church life that are the most difficult. Pray that they are not disillusioned and stand fast in this storm under the power of the Holy Spirit and grow in their faith through this season.
