Praying for Our Churches
The Central Puget Sound is a diverse association stretches across King and Pierce counties in central eastern Washington. Major industries in this area range from professional and business services to healthcare, government, and education, as well as hospitality and manufacturing services. The culture in this association elevates community and social justice; however, do not see involvement in church or faith is as important. This mindset makes ministry difficult for the CV churches in our association. Please join us in prayer as we continue to try to minister to the people in our communities where they are and lead them towards the loving Gospel of Jesus Christ.
- Pray for guidance and wisdom for the elders and leadership in some churches that are facing leadership transitions.
- Pray that we would see people and respond to the gospel and that new, adult conversions would be our desire.
- Pray for the marriages, parenting and jobs in our church. Many families work hard and have long commutes, leaving them weary when arriving at home. Pray that they would grow in their love for their spouses and commitment to leading their families.
- Pray that our mission to go and make disciples who hear, love and obey Jesus would bear much fruit.
