Pastoral Learning Communities
In 2020, we launched our first three Pastoral Learning Communities (PLCs). A PLC is a two-year coaching cohort of 12-15 senior pastors that meet monthly to be equipped in the skills necessary to grow a healthy church. James Gleason leads these regional PLCs and strives to help you deepen your theology, apply Biblical strategy, grow in your leadership and sharpen your knowledge. Participants will also receive a regular coaching call from James to help you put into practice all that you are learning.
