Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Dave first came to Oregon to join the Tadmor summer staff in 1974. He also worked the summers of 1975, 1978, and 1979. He met his wife, Jennifer, while on staff in 1978. After attending Chabot Community College and Biola University, Dave finished up his degree in Business at Western Baptist College (aka Corban University). In 1983, CB Northwest acquired DayStar Conference Center in Donnelly, Idaho, and Dave served as director there from 1983-1985. In 1996, Dave and Jennifer, along with their two children, moved to Camp Tadmor. Dave was hired as the rental manager and a few years later became camp administrator. Dave later became the Director of Business and Operations for Church Venture Northwest (formerly CB Northwest). Dave and Jennifer moved off camp in 2019 after Jennifer retired from the registrar position. In addition to Dave’s deep passion for Camp Tadmor and the staff and campers who are impacted there, he considers it a privilege to serve the covenant community of churches that is Church Venture Northwest.
